You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please keep in mind, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, and you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, simply email us at contact@arcadepedestal.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you easy-to-follow instructions on where and how to send your package. To ensure a smooth process, please don't send items back to us without first requesting a return – they won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find anything wrong – whether it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item – contact us immediately. We'll quickly evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Just a heads-up: certain items can't be returned. This includes custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Once we get your return back and give it a quick inspection, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
